As an expert consultant company, SIAP heavily relies on the expertise and professionalism of its consultants. SIAP is a Limited Company owned by senior psychologist Kenth Johansson and dr Marika Hanson, and the consultants working for SIAP are all highly educated and handpicked due to their special expertise within the field of aviation, human resource and behavioral sciences.
Our consultants are licensed psychologists, behavior scientists and/or Ph.D:s and several of them have been working as Aviation Psychologists for many years. As examples of their previous experience and assignments can be mentioned: pilot recruitment assessments for SAS, SAS APAC, SAS Commuter, Air Botnia/Blue One, Thai Airways; Ab Initio assessments for SAS/NAIA; Ab Initio advisory service for students at Bromma flying school/Scandinavian A A and LidAir; seminars at SAS Flight Academy; education of SAS cabin crew; team assessments for SAS Stations; quality assurance projects for SAS Flight Operations Department; safety culture assessments.

- Mr Lars Axelsson: Behaviour scientist and human factors specialist at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority, mainly focusing on safety management and safety culture.
- Dr Stellan Arvidsson Hyving: Ph.D, Behavior Scientist and expert in management, leadership, organization and education. Learning specialist at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA)with profound experience of intercultural work.
- Mr Bengt Grandelius: Licensed Psychologist with profound experience of pilot assessment. A high requested lecturer and psychotherapist, with broad expertise within the field of human behaviour.
- Dr Marika Melin: Ph.D and Behavior Scientist specialized in competence and cognitive capacity. Scientist/researcher and senior lecturer with research funds from the prominent Swedish Council for Working life and Social Research (FAS). Head of SIAP.
- Mr Mikael Hansson: Licensed Psychologist and a highly requested consultant within the field of human resource. Extensive experience of management, leadership, coaching and education.
- Mr Kenth Johansson: Licensed Psychologist with profound experience and expertise within psychology in the field of aviation. Also engaged as lecturer and counselor about management and leadership. Head of SIAP.
- Mr Per Jonnarth: Licensed Psychologist with long and vast experience from the aviation field, reaching from pilot assessment for international airline companies to cabin crew selection and training.
- Mr Mattias Klawitter: Licensed Psychologist with profound experience of pilot assessment. Psychotherapist with expertise in counselling and crisis handling.
- Dr Pär Larsson: Licensed Psychologist and Ph.D from the prominent Stockholm School of Economics. Specialized in human resources, innovation capacity and organizational learning and change. Broad experience from both research/lecturing and psychotherapy.
- Mrs Annika Wohlström: Licensed Psychologist and consultant with long experience of advanced assessment in recruitment. Expert in leadership development and trainer for assessment and the use of psychometrical tests.
